Mob@act translational Partner meeting in Cesena (Italy)

On the 5th and 6th of November, all Erasmus Partners from Liceo Scientifico A.Righi, ETZ Chaim Liceum, Kaunas International Gymnasium, INS Cavall Bernat and Uniser gathered in Cesena (Italy) to share information about the development of the different work packages included in the KA2 Mob@act Project. This project, started back in December 2022, has been designed and aimed at developing and improving shared methodologies related to the planning and management of learning mobility projects in response to the opportunities introduced by the new Erasmus+ program, promoting physical, virtual and blended mobility.

In Cesena (Italy) all partners participating in this project were engaged on the common commitment to update all the information from each work package and head together towards the final reports of the project.

After a short welcome and presentation of the agenda by our hosts Marco Bazzioli and Francesca Quercioli, the various partners’ teams shared the status of the different work packages.

Work package 1 was presented by Marija Daunoriené and Edita Vaininé dealing with the objectives, management and final results of the project, Work package 2 was led by Marek Kochanowski and Anna Ponichtera who updated us with information about Toolkit on Internationalization, Work package 3 was led by Marco Bazzochi and Francesca Quercioli who have been working on the Training Methodology, Work package 4 was presented by Yarilay Guerra and Adelaida Maurí offering improvement updates on the E-Learning Platform and, finally, Giulia Ucciero and Dorota focused on Dissemination (Work Package 5) and the final reports to be done before the project finishes. It was time to get all the work packages together and have a global vision of the project.

We shared the final stages of the project and we prepared the ground for improvement of the activities included in the sessions that we have been working on.

How to write an Erasmus+ project, How to implement an Erasmus + Project and The Erasmus+ project together with the E-Learning Platform were the different sessions we focused on for improvement. It was agreed that the E-Learning Platform needed to be updated and improved as far as methodology and content was concerned according to the feedback received from the students who have been doing the activities in the platform and whose opinions really count and make us find out the best way to present all the activities.

We wouldn’t like to forget that what really matters to every partner group is that all the activities can be used by Erasmus coordinators and schools in the near future. It is our goal that Erasmus students joining a mobility experience feel prepared and succeed in making the most of the educational mobility projects in which they are engaged.

Let our enthusiasm and dedication shine through!
