Voices and Insights of Mob@act Participants and Their Perspectives on Erasmus+ Projects
Erasmus+ project No. 2022-1-LT01-KA220-SCH-000089583 Mob@act aims at exchanging practices on planning and managing meaningful learning mobility projects in general education in response to the opportunities introduced by the new Erasmus+ program. It emphasises the use of digital tools to foster virtual and blended mobility and seeks to empower teachers and trainers in general education to set up mobility programs. The project will focus on:
- promoting the debate and exchange from practitioners who have experienced learning mobility in the VET sector to those general schools teachers; enhancing transnational activities with the use of ICTs;
- creating a new training course for upskilling teachers on learners mobility;
- fostering the exchange of practices on internationalisation.
The inclusion of learning mobility schemes specifically addressed to students in general education is one of the new main features of the Erasmus+ 2021-2027 programme. Thanks to the development of the project outputs and the testing activities, we expect to improve teachers’ competencies and increase their knowledge on: internationalisation strategies, students mobility planning, organisation and recognition procedures of learning outcomes in students mobility.
The participants of this project come form different countries and institutions: Kaunas international gymnasium (Lithuania, Kaunas), Liceo scientifico A. Righi (Italy, Cesena), Institut Cavall Bernat (Spain, Terrassa), Liceum ETZ Chaim (Poland, Wroclaw), UNISER SOC. COOP. ONLUS (Italy, Bologna).
The idea of creating these digital cards of our project was for the society to get to know more the participants – teachers, coordinators, because there is always a person behind each project. All participants have shared their thoughts about this Mob@act project and their attitude towards Erasmus + projects. You can find their exchanged ideas and provided feedback regarding the Mob@act. Also how participants have broaden perspective on Erasmus+ projects and initiatives. This material helps to foster collaboration, understanding, and the potential for improvement within the project and the broader context of European educational initiatives.
